Return Window
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
-The item must be defective, damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unusable.
-The item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging.
-You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Returns will not be accepted for subjective reasons such as disliking a flavor. Taste is personal preference and not considered a defect or quality issue. We also do not take returns from purchases made at brick and mortar retail locations, please return your item to the retailer which you purchased it from. If that business will not refund you reach out to us and we’ll assist.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
-Products returned due to taste or flavor preference.
-Perishable goods not defective or damaged.
-Custom products, special orders, or personalized items.
-Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@nykdpouches.com.
